Nive is Head of Operations, managing finances, systems and day-to-day logistics to ensure our work runs smoothly and our partners receive the vital support they need efficiently and effectively.

Karin is our Head of International Programmes, leading our Gender Justice work supporting girls and young women living on the streets in India, South Africa, Tanzania and Burundi.

Alexia is our Partnerships and Climate Fellowship Manager, leading the Climate Fellowship programme supporting young women land defenders and climate activists across Mexico and Central America.
